Mavis Clark is running a series of traditional knitting workshops to help knitters grow their skills and she would love to help you sort out your knitting tangles.

Mavis is a member of the Knitting and Crochet Guild and has 27 years experience as a tutor. Mavis specialises in cobweb Shetland Lace and Fair Isle knitting. She also designs and knits Ganseys, traditional fisherman's sweaters.

Mavis will support you with your own knitting projects at her monthly one day workshops and you are free to attend one or several of the workshops. You will be required to bring your own materials and tools. Workshops will be held on the last Saturday of the month (except May & December) at the Cheviot Centre in Wooler and cost £20 per person.
Numbers are limited so advanced booking is essential. To book visit our WORKSHOP page or contact Mavis Clark on 01668 281884.
Next workshop on Saturday 31st March 10 am – 3.30 pm
Cheviot Centre, Padgepool Place. Wooler NE71 6BL
