Laura Brittain

Laura Brittain is a textile artist living and working in the Scottish Borders who makes a range of unique hand felted objects. Using vibrantly coloured wools, soap and water she creates gorgeous hand-felted rugs, cushions, pictures, bags and baby bootees. She is also an experienced tutor of accredited felt-making courses and private workshops.

As an experienced felt maker, Laura loves the immediacy of the process and the freedom that it gives her to use a lot of colour in exciting ways.
