grand days out at whistlebare

Visit Whistlebare for a Grand Day Out to see our beautiful animals in amazing Northumberland and learn a few new knitting skills.
​At Whistlebare we are very proud of our livestock husbandry and the environmental care we take of our land and we know that our customers care about this too. So, as well as learning exciting new skills with our guest tutors we are offering to show you all around Whistlebare and introduce you to our goats, sheep, pigs and chickens. We will also feed you regularly on home baked cake and lunch made from local produce, all diets can be catered for but please let us know in advance.

Included in the day are​
  • Knitting workshop with guest tutor and two skeins of Whistlebare Yarn.
  • Morning coffee/tea and cake.
  • Home cooked lunch of soup, bread and local cheese.
  • Afternoon coffee/tea with yes, more cake!
  • Meeting the livestock and easy farm walk.
  • 10% discount on any purchase made on the day.

Whistlebare workshops

Workshops at Whistlebare are intended to be a lovely, relaxing day out with like minded friends, animals, home cooked lunch, endless cake and of course knitting (or crochet)!.
If you have a group of between 4 and 8 people who would like to spend the day at Whistlebare then please get in touch so that we can arrange a mutually agreeable date.
